To display upsell strategies to customers on your store, the extension needs to be configured on Shopify.
Enable extension for cart strategies
Navigate to the Cart Strategy page and click on Enable in Shopify. This would redirect you to your Shopify theme editor:
In the theme editor, ensure that the cart upsell extension is enabled and click save:
Once completed, you can return to the Upsell dashboard to continue customising your setup.
Add checkout upsell block for checkout page strategies
If you're on the Shopify Plus plan, you can enable upsell strategies on the checkout page.
To do this, navigate to the Checkout Strategy page and click on Enable in Shopify. This would redirect you to your Shopify checkout page editor to add the checkout upsell block.

Note: Checkout upsell strategies are available to brands on the Shopify Plus plan. Cart upsell strategies are available across all Shopify plans.
