To use PostCo's order editing feature, you'll need to update how Shopify captures payments. PostCo gives customers a window to edit their orders after purchase - this only works if payment hasn't been captured yet. Once payment is captured, the order is final and no changes can be made through the app.

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments and scroll down to Payment capture method where you'll see three options:
Automatically at checkout - This option cannot be selected for Order Editing to work.
Automatically when the entire order is fulfilled
Manually
From the above, select either Automatically when the entire order is fulfilled or Manually to provide a window needed to process any customer edits before funds are collected.
