Edited Orders page

The Edited Orders page gives you one place to review every order your customers have changed - what was edited, when, and how it changed the order value. Find it under Edited Orders on the left panel of the Order Editing app.

The edited orders list

Each row shows an edited order with the customer, the types of edits made, the revenue impact, the most recent edit date, and the order status. You can sort the list following the order editing date or impact by clicking on the header:

Use the search bar to direct your search either by the customer's Shopify order number, name, or email address.

Filtering the list

Use the filter menu to narrow the list by date, market, edit type, customer, order status, or revenue impact. You can combine multiple filters, including several from the same category.

Active filters appear as chips below the toolbar - click a chip to change its values, e.g. switch an active status filter between "is" and "is not", or remove it.

Viewing an order in detail

Click any row to open a detail panel showing the original and updated order totals, the net impact, payment status, and a timeline of every edit:

Note: For multi-currency stores, amounts display in your customer's currency, with an approximate equivalent in your store's currency alongside.

Exporting edited orders

Click Export in the toolbar to export the current list - including your active search and filters - as a CSV. Enter up to 20 email addresses, each separate by a comma, and every recipient will receive a secure download link that expires after 7 days.

Note: One export runs at a time. If an export is already in progress, wait for it to finish before requesting another.
