If you want to prevent the renewal of your Postcron plan, or if you want to terminate your trial period, make sure you cancel the subscription.

To cancel log into your Postcron account on the website, go to Your Account, located at the bottom of the side menu where your profile picture is, and click on Settings.

Once there, under your Plan Details section, simply click on the Cancel button and follow the indicated steps. Once it's done you will see a confirmation screen as well as a notification on the right side of your screen.

All Postcronโ€™s Premium plans are subscriptions, which means that they are automatically renewed either monthly or annually until you cancel. Postcron is a self-service platform, and therefore both purchasing and canceling should be done directly from the user account should they no longer want to keep the service active. Once the subscription is canceled, you'll see a Renewal cancelled label alongside the plan's expiration date under Plan Details.

Even after cancellation, you will still have access to your Premium plan's benefits and perks until the plan's expiration date. Then, your account will be automatically switched to the free version. You can continue using Postcron on the free version, but you will no longer have access to the Premium features.

Starting a Trial period requires a valid payment method. Once the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged on the chosen payment method unless you cancel during the trial. Postcron is a self-service platform, and therefore both purchasing and canceling should be done directly from the user account should they no longer want to keep the service active. If you have any trouble canceling your subscription or trial period, please contact our Support team through the platforms' Chat for assistance.
