In case you have had any inconvenience while scheduling your content using the Bulk Uploader, make sure you check the alerts and warnings available on the platform itself. When something is wrong with your posts, you’ll see an alert indicating the number of posts with errors and each post will also have a specific warning.

It’s very important that your .csv file follows the correct format, so its information can be correctly converted into posts. You’ll find detailed information here.

Keep in mind that if the date and time (B, C, D, y F) columns of your .csv file are empty, your posts will be shown in red until you set their date and time. This will also happen if their date and time are invalid, for example, if you’re trying to schedule posts for the past. In any case, you can set or reset the date and time for each post manually or use one of our Quick Schedule options: Automagically or Predefined times.

It’s also important that you take the specific features and characteristics of each social network into account, as you’ll notice that not every social network accepts all types of posts. For example, you won’t be able to schedule link posts to Instagram accounts. You should pay special attention to this when scheduling the same .csv file to different social accounts.

If the alerts and warnings don’t help you understand what’s the issue and how to fix it, you can always contact our Support Team through the platforms' Chat for assistance. Just make sure you attach the .csv file and give them as much detail as you can. Sending screenshots, naming the social accounts you’re working with, and pasting the error message, are always a huge help!
