What can I do?

If your Facebook Page isn't listed on the Add Account pop-up, make sure you check whether the Facebook profile you have opened on your browser is the one with Admin rights to your Page. If so, this means that Postcron does not have the required permission to connect to it. To fix this, you'll need to edit the permissions on your Facebook settings and authorize us to connect your Page to Postcron.

Go to Business Integrations on your Facebook settings and you should see Postcron listed under Active. Then, click on View and Edit to edit the permissions.

Under Show a list of the Pages you manage you’ll see all the Pages you’ve authorized Postcron to be connected to with a checkmark and pages that you haven’t authorized unchecked. If you don't see your Pages listed as shown below, it means that all your Pages are authorized.

Now, make sure that you check the Pages you'd like to add to Postcron (we recommend checking all of them to avoid having to edit your permissions again in the future), and don’t forget to Save the changes!

Finally, head back to Postcron and simply refresh the page and you should see your Pages listed!
