The connection between Postcron and your social accounts requires an access token that might expire from time to time.
Although this can be frustrating, keep in mind that this is normal behavior implemented by social networks with the intention of keeping your account safe. It can also be the result of multiple different factors such as password or device changes, accessing your social network from a different location, or simply the end of the token's lifespan.
When a social account is disconnected you will see an alert message in your Postcron account. It will show you the action required to solve this.
Keep in mind that while your account is disconnected your posts will fail to post. In this case, you'll receive an email when the first post fails indicating how to solve the disconnection issue. Should the account remain disconnected, we won't notify you for every post that fails, but we will email you again for the next post that fails after a 12 hours period. So, make sure you keep your contact email address always up-to-date.
Don't worry, reconnecting your account is very easy. Just follow the steps of the alert message shown on the page or follow these instructions.
