The Delay between posts option allows you to easily add a certain number of minutes between posts scheduled to different social accounts at the same time from the Composer.
It's meant to reduce the risk of your posts or social accounts getting restricted or even blocked due to spam-like behavior, given that it's humanly impossible to post to multiple accounts at the exact same time, and social networks might perceive this behavior as a violation of their policies.
This option will always be available on the Composer whenever you select more than one account for posting. There’s a 5 minutes delay added by default, but you can change that if needed. You might also disable this option by unchecking the box, but using it is strongly recommended to avoid the flagging of your account. It’s also recommended that you always follow best social media practices and abide by their guidelines and policies.
