If you manage your social media strategy with the help of others, you can add them to your team. This way you share your plan’s benefits with them and benefit from their help!
A Team Member is a Postcron user that will take advantage of their Team Leader’s Premium features. They won’t have access to the Team Leader’s account or account information, nor will they inherit their account’s settings and social media accounts.
However, should both the Team Member and Leader have the same social media accounts connected, they will be able to see and edit each other’s scheduled posts. This doesn’t apply only to Facebook Groups and Instagram accounts.
Although the Team Member will have access to Premium features, this won’t be reflected under their Plan Details on the Settings section as their account is not subscribed to a plan. They access said features through their Team Leader. If the Team Member is subscribed to a Premium plan, they will have access to their plan’s features and perks, not the Team Leader’s.
To manage your Team, whether you’re a Member or a Leader, go to Your Account on the side menu where your profile picture is, and click on Team Members.
