If you log into Postcron and you don't have access to your Premium features, you have most likely logged into the wrong account.
A great way to know right away whether you've logged into the correct account is to check out the profile picture at the bottom of the side menu:
You can also check if you have logged in with the correct account by going to Settings, through the Your Account menu on the sidebar. Here you will see a list of the log-in options associated with your account.
Postcron offers three login options: Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
These login options also work as signup options, so you might create another account by mistake when trying to log in. This happens because, when you choose a login option, Postcron always detects the profile you're currently logged in to, so you could log into the wrong account if you're already logged into a different profile than the one tied to the Postcron account you're looking into accessing. The same thing could happen should you use a different login option instead of the one associated with your account.
To log into the correct account, close your current session on Postcron and on a different tab log into the profile account of the social network you used when your first signed up. Then, choose the login option from this social network on Postcron.
If you don't recall the login option linked to the account, you're looking into accessing, make sure you contact our support team through the platforms' Chat to get help.
π ProTip: The default email from your settings page is pulled automatically from your login profile, as it relates to this account. We use this email to send you notifications about your Postcron account and posts, but you can change it and this won't affect your Postcron login!
