If you are subscribed to a Premium plan and for any reason, we can’t process the payment on the plan’s renewal date and in the following 48 hours, your Postcron account will get temporarily blocked. If you’re on a Team and your team leader’s account gets blocked your account will get blocked too.

While your account is blocked, your posts won’t get published, but they will remain saved on Postcron along with all your work. You will receive new charge attempts for the unpaid service fees so the service can be reactivated as soon as possible. But you can also pay manually by clicking on the Unblock Account button on your account. You’ll be redirected to the Billing section where you’ll find your unpaid bills. To pay them simply click on Pay.

Keep in mind that although the payment might be processed on a different date than your plan’s renewal, the recurrence of your subscription won’t be affected. This means that the renewal date of your plan won’t change.

Another way to unblock your account is by canceling your subscription to a Premium plan, and using the free limited version. If that works for you, just click on Back to the Free Version. You should keep in mind though that your account will adjust to that version. This means that you will no longer have access to the Premium features and your posts and social accounts might be deleted from Postcron.

If your account is temporarily blocked and you have any questions or need help, make sure you contact our support team through the platforms' Chat.
