Downloading an Insights report allows you to take a glance at your Page's statistics and overall performance in a very organized and visual way. It also allows you to easily share these Insights with your team, customers or whoever you want.
To download it, go to the Insights section on the side menu and select the Facebook or Instagram Page you want to work with first.
Then choose the date range using one of the available options or by selecting a custom period.
Then, click on Create Report.
On the pop-up you’ll be able to name the file and choose the sections that will be included in the report:
Growth: Fans History, Fans Online, and Gained & Lost Fans.
Posts Performance: Reach, Reach by Weekdays, Reach by time of day.
Demographics: Gender and Age, Fans location, Top Countries, Top Cities, Top Language.
Recent posts: last 10 posts posted to your Page, along with their Likes, Shares, Reach, Comments, and Clicks information.
Top posts: the top 10 posts with more audience interaction, along with their Likes, Shares, Reach, Comments, and Clicks information.
Finally, click on Export to download it as a .pdf.
