If your post scheduled through Postcron couldn't be posted for any reason we will notify you via email. So, it's very important that you keep your contact email address always up-to-date.

In the email you'll find all the post's details such as Social Account, Date and Time, and Text and the reason why it wasn't posted. In most cases, the way to solve the problem will be also indicated in the email itself, either with a required action on your end, such as reconnecting the social account, or with the error message sent directly by the social network. Pay close attention to this information as it could help you quickly solve the issue.

Additionally, all your unpublished posts will be marked in red in the Past Posts section on your Postcron account.

Here you can find a list of the most common errors and possible solutions for each case. If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can also contact our support team through the platforms' Chat.
