On the Posts History tab, you will find all your Facebook and Instagram Page’s posts posted within a specific date range. You can review them, filter them by type of posts, list them chronologically or by type of interaction, and even download a .csv file with your posts to easily reschedule your best-performing content using the Bulk Uploader.
All your posts’ information will be displayed in a pleasant table format that makes interacting, analyzing, and keeping on improving your content strategy easy to do. You’ll see a preview of your post, its publishing time and date, and the number of interactions: Likes, Shares, Reach, Comments, and Clicks.
On the top of this tab, you will see the number of posts published within the time range selected. You can filter the results on the drop-down menu by simply selecting the type of posts - Text, Link, Image, or Video. By default, you’ll be shown all post types.
Posts will be listed chronologically from the most recent to the oldest. But you can also list them by type of interaction by simply clicking on the corresponding icon: Likes (thumbs up), Shares, Reach (two people), Comments (speech bubbles), and Clicks (mouse cursor). For example, if you want to know which of your posts got the most comments, click on Comments and your posts will be listed from the one with the most to the one with the least comments. You can list them chronologically again by clicking Date & Time.
On the right side, you'll find four buttons: by clicking on the Reschedule button (arrow icon) you can republish the content you want, on the next button, Moderate Comments (conversation icon) you can read and respond/moderate the comments of that publication. These two options will be enabled only for posts published through Postcron. You will be able to see other posts that exist in the Page's feed that haven't been posted through Postcron, however, you'll not be able to reschedule or manage comments on these posts. On the View post button (eye icon) you can access your published post directly on the corresponding social network and with the Details button you can view the complete information of your post in a pop-up window.
On the left side of each post, you will see a checkbox to select which posts you want to download as a .csv for the Bulk Uploader. That way you can easily reschedule your most engaging content! Use the filters to order your posts as you see fit, select the ones you want to reschedule, and click on Export for Bulk to download the .csv file with your posts ready to schedule with the Bulk Uploader!
