On the Insights section, you will be able to download a .csv file with the posts published to your Facebook Page in order to quickly schedule them using the Bulk Uploader. If needed, you can also filter and order your posts by their performance to always keep your social accounts up-to-date with the content that interests your audience the most.

To download the file, go to the Insights section on the side menu and select the Facebookor Instagram Page you want to work with first.

Then, choose the date range using one of the available options or by selecting a custom period.

Now, go to the Posts History tab where youโ€™ll see a list of all the posts published on your Facebook Page within the selected time range in chronological order. Keep in mind that you can filter them by type of post and order them according to the type of audience interaction simply by clicking on their icons: Likes (thumbs up), Shares, Reach (two people), Comments (speech bubbles), and Clicks (mouse cursor). For example, if you want to know which of your posts got the most comments, click on Comments and your posts will be listed from the one with the most to the one with the least comments.

Finally, select the posts you want to export into the .csv file by ticking the checkbox next to them on the left side of the table. Once youโ€™re done, click on Export for Bulk to get the .csv file with your posts ready to be scheduled with the Bulk Uploader.

Keep in mind that the selected posts that were not published through Postcron will also be exported, but if one contains more than one image, we will only be able to retrieve the first one.
