๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Reconnecting Instagram accounts

To reconnect your Instagram accounts (Business Pages for direct-posting), go to the website and log into your Postcron account. Then, open Your Account on the side menu where your profile picture is, and click on Social Accounts.

Now, find the social account you want to connect and click on the Reconnect button (two arrows icon). Make sure you are logged into the Facebook profile thatโ€™s linked to the related Business Page on another tab so we can access your credentials.

Your Instagram accounts might disconnect from Postcron from time to time and while it can be frustrating, this is a normal behavior carried out by social networks and it's meant to keep your accounts safe.

Keep in mind that while your account is disconnected your posts will fail to post. In this case, you'll receive an email when the first post fails with instructions on how to reconnect. Should the account remain disconnected, we won't notify you for every post that fails. We will email you again for the next post that fails after a 12 hours period. So, make sure you keep your contact email address always up-to-date.

On the other hand, your Instagram accounts for publication with reminders are not affected by this dynamic.
