The first thing you should take into account is that TikTok is an audiovisual-oriented social network, which means that the only type of post allowed is Video.
On Postcron you can manage any type of TikTok account, Personal and Business. In both cases, you'll have two posting dynamics to choose from:
- Direct: Your scheduled videos will be automatically published (Entrepreneur plans and above), so you don't have to worry about manually posting them.
- Notification: On the scheduled day and time, you'll receive a notification in the TikTok App on your phone to finalize the posting. This option lets you take advantage of native features and gives you more control over your video postings if that's what you'd like.
TikTok’s API only allows MP4 videos, but don’t worry Postcron accepts various video formats and will convert them into MP4 for you. As for other video specifications, the maximum file size is 50 MB and the maximum duration is 60 seconds via Notification, and 3, 5, or 10 minutes for Direct posting depending on the user's limitations on the TikTok App, while the minimum resolution is 540p.
