If you want to post videos via Postcron, you can upload them directly from your device. Go to the Composer, click the Video icon, and select the file you want to attach to your post.
Here are other things you should take into account before scheduling videos. Keep in mind that the maximum size allowed for videos in the free version is 20mb and it is only available on the website version.
You also have the option to add YouTube videos to your posts using the Content Gallery.
