Leaderboard and Submission Management
Once your contest is live, all submissions will appear on your leaderboard. Here’s how to manage and optimize submissions effectively:
1. Viewing Submissions
You can review individual submissions by clicking the corresponding button on the leaderboard. Each submission gives you insight into how creators interpret your brief and showcase your product.
2. Handling Low-Quality Submissions
Not all submissions will meet your expectations, and that’s perfectly fine. If a creator’s content:
Does not follow your rules.
Is of low quality.
You can flag the content by clicking the three dots on the submission. The internal Posted team will review flagged content to ensure it aligns with contest guidelines. If necessary, the content can be removed from the contest.
3. Setting Realistic Expectations
Don’t expect a flood of submissions immediately after your contest goes live. Creators need time to:
Read and understand your brief.
Familiarize themselves with your product.
Create thoughtful and high-quality content.
4. Editing Your Brief
If submissions suggest creators are struggling to grasp your product or vision, you can request edits to your brief. This allows you to:
Clarify your product’s features and benefits.
Refine the creative direction or rules to better align with your goals.
Updating the brief can help ensure submissions meet your expectations and align with your vision.
5. Support
If you have questions or need assistance, use the support button within the platform to contact the Posted team. You can schedule a call to address any concerns or receive guidance.
Final Note
Managing submissions effectively ensures your contest yields the best possible results. Take the time to review, flag, and adjust as needed to maintain the quality and relevance of your contest.
