Pending Approval

After you’ve paid for your contest on Posted, it will enter a pending approval state. During this stage, the internal Posted team will:

  • Review your contest to ensure it follows all guidelines.

  • Verify that everything is set up correctly for a smooth launch.

The approval process is typically quick, and once completed, your contest will go live.

Maximizing Participation After Approval

Once your contest is live, there are additional steps you can take to attract more creators to participate. The best-performing brands on Posted use the following strategy:

  • Invite Existing Customers:

    • Reach out to your current user or customer base and encourage them to create content for your contest.

    • Customers already familiar with and passionate about your product are ideal participants.

    • Highlight that joining Posted is completely free and allows them to engage with your brand in a creative way.

  • Posted Creator Notifications:

    • Once your contest is live, Posted will send a push notification and email to all creators in our user database.

    • Creators will be informed about your contest, review your brief and rules, and decide whether to participate.
