This step is all about giving creators the tools they need to succeed. You can upload two types of resources: assets (optional) and inspiration content (required).
Here’s how each works:
1. Assets (optional):
Upload any brand materials creators can use in their videos.
This could include:
• Product B-roll
• Logos
• High-quality brand footage
• External folder links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
These assets help creators incorporate your brand visuals—but they’re not required.
2. Inspiration Content (required):
This is the most important part of the resources step. You must provide at least one video example that shows the style of content you’re looking for. It helps creators understand what works.
You can upload links to:
• TikToks
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook/Meta Ads Library
If you don’t have a high-performing video yet, no problem. Do a bit of market research:
• Go to TikTok or the Meta Ads Library
• Search keywords related to your product
• Find viral content with high views
• Share the link and explain why it works
Be specific: “This video works because it’s entertaining up front, and the product is introduced naturally at the end.” This gives creators something concrete to work from.
After this step:
Once your deal is submitted with all resources, the Posted team will review it to make sure everything is set up correctly. You’ll usually get approved quickly, and your deal will go live shortly after.
