You can add custom statuses at multiple intervals before fulfilling your order to show progress to your customers and keep them happy.
Step 1 - Go to Tracking page settings in the app and scroll down to this section
Step 2 - Add custom statuses with defined intervals before your average fulfillment time.
It takes about 20mins for this to get implemented once saved.
In case your order is in transit within the pre-shipment interval, the pre-shipment statuses get overridden and only the real status is visible to your customers.
