Your Creator Connections handle is the handle on your Amazon Creator Connections profile. PostTap needs it before you can accept featured campaigns.
Your Creator Connections Handle is located under Amazon Associates > Creator Connections.
You have two options on how to add your Creator Connections Handle:
Verify your Handle with the PostTap Chrome Extension
Verifying confirms that your handle matches your Amazon Creator Connections account. You'll need the PostTap Chrome extension.
1. Under the handle field, select Verify handle.
2. Creator Connections opens in a new tab. If Amazon asks you to sign in, do that. The tab closes by itself once PostTap reads your handle.
3. When you see "Creator Connections handle verified," a green check appears next to your handle.
If verification doesn't work:
"The PostTap Chrome extension is required to verify": select Install extension, then select Verify handle again.
"Open the PostTap extension and sign in": sign in to the extension, then try again.
"We opened Creator Connections in a new tab": sign in to Amazon in that tab and PostTap will verify your handle automatically.
Verification only works on a computer with Chrome.
If you are on a phone, you can still type and save your handle.
Manually Update your handle
1. Log in to PostTap.
2. Open the menu and select Profile.
3. Scroll to Creator Connections Handle.
4. Type your handle exactly as it appears on your Amazon Creator Connections profile.
5. Select Update Profile.
6. You'll see "Profile updated successfully." Your handle is saved.
You can now accept featured campaigns.
