You have full access to every feature in PouncerAI for 7 days. Find jobs, send out proposals, and get alerts; all for free. At the end of your trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue to use the service or cancel your account.

At the end of your trial, you will need to purchase a subscription to use the service. If you do not want to upgrade to a paid plan, you can cancel your account.
You can upgrade to a paid account within the first 30 days after your trial expires. After 30 days, we will automatically delete all information associated with your account.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time.
If you upgrade or downgrade your account, any Proposal credits you have used will be deducted from the new plan for the month. Also, if you downgrade your account, you will need to remove any Profiles that exceed the amount on your plan.

Yes, you can cancel at any time by visiting the Settings in the app. If you cancel within the first 60 days from when your subscription started, you will receive a full refund to your credit card on file. Note, we do not provide pro-rata refunds.

No. We do not need access to your account.
We do rely on the RSS feed provided by Upwork for your account and this is a common feature for all Upwork freelancers so they can be used with RSS Readers like PouncerAI.

We offer support via email, Slack, and real-time chat, Monday through Friday from 8AM CST to 5PM CST, excluding holidays.

You will not be able to send proposals for the month or add additional profiles. However, you can upgrade your account at any time to remove these limits.

No. The rate you see on our website is the only fees we charge you. However, if you use our text messaging service for Alerts, your carrier may charge you for data and message rates; but not us.
