Prerequisites:

  • A clean, stable surface for unpacking (e.g., a counter or bar)

  • A box cutter or blade

  • Caution and care to avoid damaging internal components

⚠️ Important Handling Note:
The PS2 ships upside down to protect against top-heavy damage. Handle gently and follow orientation instructions when lifting.

Main Process:

1. Open the Box Carefully

  • Use a box cutter to slice along the tape.

    • Do not cut deeply into the box — the PS2 is protected with foam, but avoid puncturing it.

  • Remove the top foam layer to access the contents.

2. Retrieve Accessories and Manual

  • On top, you’ll find:

    • The User Manual

    • Any optional accessories ordered (e.g., drip trays, filter holders)

    • Keep all packing materials in case return shipping is ever needed

3. Identify the Machine Orientation

  • The PS2 is packed upside down inside the box.

    • This protects the internal assembly during transit

  • Before lifting, take a moment to identify key ports:

    • Power port

    • Ethernet port

    • USB port

    • Water inlet

4. Lift and Position the Machine

  • Grasp the unit securely by both sides

  • Carefully lift it out of the box and rotate it upright

  • Set the machine gently on your bar or installation surface

5. Remove Final Foam Layer

  • Beneath the machine, remove the bottom foam insert

  • Inside, you’ll find the accessory (goodie) box

6. Review Goodie Box Contents

  • Inside the accessory box, confirm you have:

    • Power cord

    • Additional tubing adapters

      • These allow connection to alternate water line sizes

      • Use the adapters to fit your café's plumbing setup as needed

Success Confirmation:

  • PS2 is fully unpacked and oriented right-side up

  • All core accessories are accounted for:

    • Manual, power cord, tubing adapters

  • Machine is ready for installation and setup

Escalation:

  • If any items are missing or damaged:

    • Initiate a support session via Intercom

    • Include your serial number and photos of packaging or contents

    • Do not discard packing materials until the issue is resolved
