Step-by-Step Procedure:
Open Recipe List:
Scroll down through the recipe list on the PS2 Poursteady interface.
Click the "Add Recipe" button.
Name the Recipe:
Enter a clear and descriptive name for the recipe.
Set Brewing Temperature:
Input the desired temperature at which the recipe will brew.
Enter Recipe Details:
Scroll to the "Details" section.
Add notes including dose and grind size.
Enter a coffee dose to enable automatic water-to-coffee ratio calculations.
Add Filter Rinse:
Turn on the filter rinse function.
Set the water volume.
Select the pour pattern.
Add First Pour:
Define the volume.
Choose the pour pattern.
Select the size of the pour pattern.
Set the pause time (the wait time between pours).
Repeat Pour Steps:
Add any additional pours by repeating step 6 as needed.
Save the Recipe:
Click "Save".
Confirm by pressing "OK" when prompted.
Preview the Recipe:
Scroll back up and select the newly created recipe.
Click and hold to access the recipe preview.
Verify details, especially the brewing ratio.
Adjust or Edit as Needed:
Re-enter the recipe to make edits or refinements if required.
