PHOTO ICON – To change your photo icon – the image that is displayed on Zoom when your camera is off, follow these steps:

1. Log into Zoom

2. Click on the photo icon in the upper right corner

3. Click on your name and email address

4. Click on the photo icon with the pencil in the middle

5. Click to upload your picture from your files

6. Position your picture

7. Click save

DISPLAY NAME – To change your display name, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Participants icon

2. Hover over your name and click More>

3. Enter your first and last name in the New Screen Name field

RAISING YOUR HAND – Darryl will be calling on Power Agents individually. If you’d like to share your ideas, simply raise your hand by clicking on “Reactions” and selecting that option.

Alternative ways to raise your hand:

WINDOWS: Alt + Y

MAC: Option + Y

GALLERY VIEW/SPEAKER VIEW – To view all participants on the call, select Gallery View in the upper right corner of the Zoom call. If you only want to see who is speaking at the time, select Speaker view.
