CAMERAS ON! - For our Brainstorming Sessions, we want to see those smiling faces!

DISPLAY NAME – Please take the time to make sure that your display name shows your proper name. This will help us to credit your idea to you in any materials we create from this brainstorming session.

To change your display name:

1. Click on the “Participants” icon

2. Hover over your name and click on “More>”

3. Enter your first and last name in the “New Screen Name” field.

4. Check the “Remember my name for future meetings” box if you don’t want to have to change your name for every Zoom meeting.

RAISING YOUR HAND – Darryl will be calling on Power Agents individually. If you’d like to share your ideas, simply raise your hand by clicking on “Reactions” and selecting that option. Alternative ways to raise your hand are:

MAC: Option + Y

WINDOWS: Alt + Y

GALLERY VIEW/SPEAKER VIEW – To view all participants on the call, select “Gallery View” in the upper right corner of the Zoom call. If you only want to see who is speaking at the time, select the Speaker view.

RESOURCES – If you have links to the resources that you’re sharing, please make sure you add that to the chat after you’re done sharing. That will really help the group and our team at Power HQ.
