A Level 3 charger, commonly referred to as direct current fast chargers (DCFC), use a high-voltage high-power DC connector and range from 50 kW to 400 kW in terms of power rating. Chargers at this site can charge at up to 180 kW, however some vehicles (including Chevy Bolts) cannot charge that fast, so check the maximum charging power of your vehicle. Most Level 3 chargers, including the ones at this site, can charge a vehicle to 80% capacity in 15-60 minutes depending on the vehicle’s maximum charging speed and the size of the battery. Level 2 charging is much slower and typically used for vehicles that can charge overnight.
