To remove the charging connector first make sure that charging has completed. You can stop charging using the app or the station touchscreen. For some vehicles, you may need to unlock the doors to be able to remove the charging connector. If the connector is still physically stuck after the charging session ends and vehicle is in the proper state, please contact zTrip’s onsite road supervisor, located in the building directly across the street from the PowerUp Point.
I can’t get the charging connector to disconnect from the vehicle charging port. What should I do?
