If you are a zTrip driver, you will plug your vehicle in and start charging your vehicle through the PowerUp mobile app – payment is handled directly through zTrip. Please speak to zTrip staff member about charging line items on your vehicle rental invoice.
For all other registered drivers, we will bill the credit card on file in the PowerUp mobile app. Please be sure to add your credit card billing information prior to charging your vehicle.
