What should I do if I encounter a problem with the charger?

A good first step is always to check the charger screen and the PowerUp mobile app to see if the charger status is normal. If it is, you should unplug and try to start a new session if you are having problems starting to charge your vehicle. If the problem persists after that, please contact zTrip’s onsite road supervisor, located in the building directly across the street from the PowerUp Point.
