The Reviewer role is defined in Projects - Getting Started article.

Two ways for an Editor to invite a Reviewer:

  1. Sending an invitation through email.
  2. Sharing a direct Preview link.


Steps in sending an invitation through email.

  1. Log in to your PPC Ad Editor account as an Editor.
  2. Go to the "Projects" dashboard
  3. Click on the people icon under "Actions" column. It will bring up a pop-up "Select reviewers" box.
  4. Enter the email address in the "Invite email" box.
  5. Click on the "Invite" button.

This will send an email invitation to the nominated reviewer for them to accept and proceed on creating a PPC Ad Editor, Reviewer account.

Note: Inviting a Reviewer through direct email can also be accomplished during "New Project" creation process.


Another option to invite a Reviewer is by sharing them a direct PPC Ad Editor preview link. Just go to the "Projects" dashboard and then click on the eye icon of your project choice.

Clicking on the eye icon will then bring the preview screen. Click on the "Copy Link" button to get the correct preview link and then paste it in either an email, a word app or a text pad for sharing.


The person that will receive the preview link will have the option to "Log in as Reviewer" as soon as they open the link from their end. They will need to get an authorization from the Project Owner or the Editor by following the instruction from Reviewer Authorization Request.

Once they send the request, the Editor or Project owner should receive a bell notification to either "Accept" or "Reject" the request.

An email notification will be sent from both the Editor/Project owner and the requestor once the request made is declined or accepted.
