Calendar or Zoom Sync Issues

If you're facing syncing issues with your Calendar or Zoom, follow these steps to resolve them.

1. Check Calendar Sync Settings

  • Navigate to Settings โ†’ Integrations

  • Ensure that your calendar (Google or Outlook) is properly linked and authorised

  • If you see an error, disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh the sync

2. Troubleshoot Zoom Syncing

  • Ensure that PractaLuma is connected to your Zoom account and has permission to access meetings

  • Go to Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ Zoom and verify that the connection is active

  • If meetings arenโ€™t showing up, try logging out and back into Zoom within PractaLuma

3. Common Fixes

  • Re-authorising the integration usually resolves sync issues

  • Ensure that your calendar settings allow shared access for PractaLuma

  • Check for any Zoom system outages or updates that could be causing a temporary issue
