  1. During a session, navigate to the 'Video Provider' option

  2. View the dropdown menu to switch providers by clicking on 'Video Provider'

  3. Confirm and Switch

    • Click on your desired provider.

  4. Resume the Session

    • Your session will continue seamlessly with the new video provider. Clients are automatically connected without needing additional steps.
