Your PlaySpace subscription can be fully managed from the Billing page inside your account. Whether you need to update your payment method, switch plans, or cancel, it's all in one place.
Accessing Your Subscription Settings
Log in to your PlaySpace account
Navigate to Settings in the bottom left-hand corner
Click Subscription in the left-hand menu
From here, you can view your current plan, billing cycle, and payment details.
Updating Your Payment Method.
To add or change a payment method, click Manage Payment Method on the Billing page. You can add a new card or update your existing one.
Note: You must always have at least one active payment method on file while your subscription is active.
Pay What You Can Pricing
PlaySpace offers a sliding-scale pricing model starting at a minimum of $20 USD/month for solo practitioners. You can adjust your contribution amount at any time from the Billing page.
Adding Seats (Clinic Plans)
Clinic owners can add members by going to Clinic Management → Team and clicking Invite Member. Adding seats will automatically update your billing. To remove a seat, archive the member first and your next invoice will reflect the change.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Go to Subscription from the left-hand menu
Click the Cancel button on the right-hand side
Follow the prompts to confirm
After cancelling, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate from the same page at any time. If cost is a concern, reach out to our support team to explore Pay What You Can pricing before cancelling.
