Once your Therapist or Counselor shares an invoice with you, you will get an email notification informing you that a new invoice..
You will also get a notification in your client portal as well. The notification will appear here:
Viewing the Invoice
To view your invoices, click on "Money" in the left menu and go to the "Invoices" tab. Here, the invoices are listed with the current status:
Paid
Partially Paid
Unpaid
Overdue
Paying an Invoice
If you want to pay an outstanding invoice (Unpaid, Partially Paid, or Overdue),
Click on the invoice number to view the invoice details
Then click the “Pay Now” button at the top right
To pay the invoice, you'll need to add a card.
To add a card, click on "Add Card'' to enter your payment info.
Once card details are added, select the card and click on "Pay Invoice
If the payment is successful, a confirmation will be displayed and the invoice will change to 'Paid'
Viewing a Paid Invoice
A paid invoice can be viewed by clicking on the invoice number in the Invoices tab. The invoice details view will show it as "Paid" and the "Pay Now" button will be disabled.
