How to Set your Availability

This article shows you how to set your availability in Practice Management.

1. Login to PracticeSpace and click on "Calendar" in the left menu

2. By navigating to the 'Availability' tab, you can customize your working hours and the times which clients can book sessions with you.

3. Once you've customized your working hours, you can scroll down to 'Save Changes'. Your working hours can always be edited by navigating to the "+" symbol beside each day.

4. Certain dates that do not fit into your scheduled working hours can be added by navigating to the 'Schedule Exceptions' tab.
