This article shows you how to set your availability in PracticeSpace.
1. Login to PracticeSpace and click on "Calendar" in the left menu
2. From the Calendar, select the "Availability" tab
3. Click on the "+ Availability" button
4. Click "Specific Date"
5. Set the Start and End time for the period of availability
6. You can either create this availability for a specific date by selecting a date, or
7. You can create recurring availability for specific days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in this example)
8. Click the checkbox if the availability is only for online or telephone . This will ensure that clients who are booking for only in person appointments are unable to book in within those timeslots
9. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
10. In the "Availability" tab, you should now see your availability in green.
