You might need to create multiple versions of the same forms with slightly different questions. Thankfully, you can duplicate forms very easily!
Duplicating a form
1. Navigate to https://app.practicespace.health/
2. Click on "Papers" from the left menu.
3. Choose the form you want to duplicate and click on the three dots next to the form template.
4. Click "Copy"
5. The copied form will be displayed under the original form with " - copy" added to the name!
