To share forms with your client on PracticeSpace, you'll need to first ensure that they have been invited.

Once you have successfully shared the form with your client, your client can fill up, sign and return the form to you following the steps below:
1. Navigate to https://app.practicespace.health/ and log in
2. Navigate to Papers in the left menu
3. Client will land directly on the Forms tab and see the form shared with them listed there
4. Click on the form to open it
5. Start filling out the the form
6. Client can anytime save their progress by clicking on Save. They can come back later to fill out.
7. To sign the form, Click Edit saved Signature
8. Client can either draw or type out their signature
9. Click "Add saved signature" to add the signature and it can be used to later on for signing other forms
10. Click "Submit" when finally done!
Once the form is submitted, it will appear in your dashboard in the Form section. You can also find the form in the client's profile under the 'Forms' tab and download it from there.
