Clients moving from iCouch: How to access PracticeSpace

As of July 18, 2022, iCouch, the platform used by your therapist to securely connect and communicate with you is becoming PracticeSpace.

To access PracticeSpace

  • Click on "Forgot Password?"

  • Enter the email for your account on iCouch and click submit

  • You should have received an email to reset your password from PracticeSpace - please check your spam folder as well

  • After resetting your password, you should be able to log into your account and go to your dashboard
