Sometimes, having the video call set to the highest quality can have an impact on your bandwidth. Even if your base internet speeds are high, you can see lower than optimal performance depending on the type of internet connection, time of day etc.

PracticeSpace allows you to lower the quality of the call slightly so that you can still continue the call without having to turn off your cameras.

NOTE: If your network quality drops significantly, PracticeSpace video may automatically turn your video off.
