You can create a customized video link for each of your clients’ video sessions. Here’s how:

From the dashboard, click Video from the left, and then click “Add'.

It will ask you to set a name for the video room. Type the name you would like for the room, and click Save. For an example, I wanted to create a room for my client, Lila Lemonade, so I named the room “Lila”.

The new room link is now listed, with my client’s name next to it. You can copy this link to send it to your client, and you can also click on the link to open the video session room.
