PracticeSpace allows the practitioners to easily start conversations with one clients or multiple clients. Not only that, through our messaging feature, you can start a video chat also with the client. If you are a clinic owner, this messaging feature helps to have chat or video conference with the other members of the clinic.
The workflow below will walk you through step-by-step of how to use the messaging feature
1. Navigate to https://app-dev.practicespace.health/home/landing
2. Click the messaging icon from the top right corner.
3. Click "New Conversation" to start a new chat
4. Select the person whom you want to start a conversation from the list. You can select single or multiple recipient to start. a group chat.
5. Click "Save" to create the chat room.
6. The chat room will be created, now click on the chat room to start sending messages.
7. Start writing messages and click on the arrow icon to send it. Your message will immediately be sent to the recipient and they will be notified through an email.
8. Now, click on the Video icon from the top right corner
8. This will drop a 'Join Video Session' card in the chat window. Clicking on it will allow you and the recipient immediately start a video conversation
