If you want to export Notes or Form responses from PracticeSpace, you can download them as PDF documents.
To download form results as PDF documents,
Navigate to the Client's Profile
Navigate to either the Notes or Forms Tab
Go to Notes for, well, your notes
Go to Forms for the client's Form responses
Find the form you want to download and click on the "Download" button
NOTE: If the download button is not displayed, the form or note may not have been submitted. To submit a form, clients have to click on the "Submit" button. To submit a note, practitioners have to click on the "Save and Sign" button. |
