This article will walk you through how to configure your domain on GoDaddy to connect it with your PracticeSpace website.
Note: If you've bought your domain name from a different domain registrar, the process "should" be similar.
1. Once you are logged in to your GoDaddy account, at the top of the page, click this icon.
2. Click on "My Products"
3. In your list of domains, go to the one you want to use in PracticeSpace and click on the "DNS" button on the right
4. On the DNS details page, click on "Add"
5. On the screen displayed, click on "Type"
6. Select "CNAME" from the dropdown
7. Click the "Name" field and enter "www"
8. Click the "Value" field.
9. Type or paste the following: sites.practicespace.health
10. Click on TTL
11. Select "1/2 Hour"
12. Once all these properties have been set, click "Add record"
NOTES
Please ensure that there is only one entry for type "CNAME" with name "www" and this entry should have the value "sites.practicespace.health"
This configuration change may take 24 hours depending on your domain registrar
