Need to refund a payment? We've got you covered!
To refund a payment, go to the payment you want to refund.
You can do this in two ways:
Go to Money from the left menu and access the payments tab, or
Go to the client's profile from the client list and click on the Payments tab
When viewing the details of the payment you want to refund, you'll see a "Refund" button.
Clicking on the Refund button will allow you to choose if you want to offer a partial or full refund.
When you are ready, click on the Refund button in the dialog and the payment will be refunded.
Please note: It can take Stripe, our payment processor, 5-10 days to process a refund.
