Refund a payment made by a client

Need to refund a payment? We've got you covered!

To refund a payment, go to the payment you want to refund.

You can do this in two ways:

  • Go to Money from the left menu and access the payments tab, or

  • Go to the client's profile from the client list and click on the Payments tab

When viewing the details of the payment you want to refund, you'll see a "Refund" button.

Clicking on the Refund button will allow you to choose if you want to offer a partial or full refund.

When you are ready, click on the Refund button in the dialog and the payment will be refunded.

Please note: It can take Stripe, our payment processor, 5-10 days to process a refund.
