To add a Note to an appointment from the calendar,
1. Go to the Calendar
2. Select the appointment you want to add a note to
3. Click on the "Add Note" button
4. This will take you to the "New Note" screen with
the client name already selected, and
the appointment already selected
Notes can only be added to one client. If there are multiple clients in the appointment, the first listed client will be selected. |
5. After adding the required information, click on
"Save" to save changes and continue editing later, or
"Save and Lock" to save changes and prevent any further updates
6. Once saved,
The note will be listed on the Appointment Details card in the calendar
The appointment connected with the note will be displayed in the "Notes" tab of the client's profile
