The following steps will guide you on how to set up a waiting room for your sessions. Please note that this will need to be done within each individual video sessions once you are already in the video session.

Step 1:

Click on the 3 dots in the menu bar:

Step 2:

Click on security options:

Step 3:

Click the toggle to enable lobby:

Once this toggle is clicked, it will create the waiting room for that appointment.
