This article will explain how to record and download a session.

Step 1: Click the 3 dots in the menu bar from within the video:

Step 2: Click on start recording:

Step 3: Click on start recording on the screen that comes up

Step 3: Click on the copy link button that will pop up on the bottom left - Note - this button will only stay up for a couple of seconds, therefore if you do not click the copy link button in time, you will need to stop and restart the process

Step 4: After the session is complete paste this link into a new window to download the recording to your device.
